Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Log in to your account on beyondleggings.com and go to your orders. (You can also open your order from the “View your order” link in your order confirmation email.)
  2. Select the order and click Request return.
  3. Choose the item(s) you want to return, select a reason, and submit your request.

We’ll review your request and email you once it’s approved or declined. Approved returns include the return address and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may use the carrier of your choice; we recommend a trackable service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued for the item price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at beyondleggings@gmail.com.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at beyondleggings@gmail.com with photos so we can make it right. In these cases, we cover return shipping.

Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return the original item and place a new order.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.
