Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in FL, NY, WA, IN,CA, UT within 1-6 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description like a PREORDER). PREORDERS will have an ETA listed in the title. We do our best to estimate the arrival, but delays can happen. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom and more, using USPS, DHL or UPS. All rates are current estimates using our discounted shipping rates. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US.

How do I cancel or change my order?
If you want to make changes to your order, just shoot us an email at beyondleggings@gmail.com. Unfortunately, our system doesn't let us tweak orders that are already in the works. So, what we'll do is cancel and refund your original order, and then you can place a shiny new one for the item you really want. Just remember, if your order has already been shipped, you'll have to use our Return Portal to request an exchange once you get your hands on your stuff.
I haven't received order confirmation or tracking info. Can you help?
You'll get an email with all the deets about your order and the tracking info. But watch out, sometimes our emails end up in your spam or junk folders. So, if you haven't seen any shipping notices from us, better check those folders. Don't stress if you can't find your confirmation email though! Just shoot us a quick message at beyondleggings@gmail.com, and we'll hook you up with another copy!
